Sleeve Hem Preparation
- On the wrong side of the sleeve, measure 3 cm up from the hem line and mark a guideline.

Basting the Sleeve Hem
- Fold the lower edge of the sleeve to the wrong side, aligning it with the marked line, and press it flat. Hand baste the sleeve hem allowance, keeping your stitches about 0.1–0.2 cm from the edge.

Finishing the Sleeve Hem
- Finish the sleeve hem using a coverstitch machine or a twin needle. As you sew, make sure the basting line sits exactly between the two needles. Press to set the stitches.

Sewing Side Seams
- Sew the seam with the overlock machine, stitching from the back side. Press the seam, then iron the seam allowance toward the front.

Sleeve Side Seam
- Fold the sleeve with the right sides together, align and pin the side seam, making sure the bottom edges match up. Use a serger set for four-thread stitching to sew the seam. Stitch from the sleeve side that connects to the back. Leave serger thread tails at the bottom edge.

Pinning Side Seams
- Place the front and back pieces right sides together, matching up the side edges, and pin them in place.

Topstitching Sleeve Seam
- Press the seam allowance toward the front and topstitch it with a sewing machine, starting from the hemline up to where the allowance is attached, keeping the stitch 0.5 cm from the seam. Tuck the serger thread tails securely under the bar tack.

Sewing Raglan Sleeves
- Sew the sleeves using a serger. Stitch from the sleeve side.

Pinning Raglan Sleeves
- Place the sleeve and T-shirt right sides together, aligning the raglan edges and matching the reference points and side seam. Make sure not to mix up the right and left sleeves—use the reference points as your guide. Pin in place from the sleeve side.

Pressing Raglan Seams
- Press the seam, then press the seam allowances toward the T-shirt.

Marking Neckline Centers
- Mark the center of the front and back at the neckline edge.

Shaping Neckline Facing
- Shape the facing with an iron, giving it a gentle curve. To do this, lightly stretch the raw edge of the neckline while pressing along the fold line.

Pressing Neckline Facing
- Press the neckline facing in half lengthwise, with the wrong sides together.

Pinning Neckline Facing
- Insert the facing into the neckline, right sides together, and pin in place, matching the notches. Align the facing seam with the raglan seam on the back of the left sleeve.

Stitching Neckline Facing
- Open up the facing along the pressed fold, then fold it right sides together, matching the short edges. Stitch with a 0.7 cm seam allowance. Press the seam, then press the seam allowances open.

Attaching Neckline Facing
- Attach the facing using an overlock machine, stitching along the edge of the facing. Press with an iron, then fold the seam allowances toward the shirt and press them flat.

Topstitching Neckline
- Press the seam allowances of the neckline toward the T-shirt and topstitch from the right side, keeping the stitch line 0.1–0.2 cm from the seam on the T-shirt.

Finishing Bottom Hem
- Hem the bottom of the T-shirt using a coverstitch machine, or a twin needle if you prefer. As you sew, make sure the basting line stays centered between the two needles. Press to finish.
