Hemming
- Stitch along the bottom hem of the T-shirt using a coverstitch machine. If you don’t have a coverstitch machine, you can serge the raw edges first and then sew the hem on a regular sewing machine. Pull the thread tails on the wrong side through the coverstitch using a hook.

- Press the placket in half lengthwise, folding the crosswise edges with the wrong side facing in.

- Overlap the placket ends, aligning the cut edges so the right side lays over the left, forming a corner.
