Decorative Stitching
Topstitching sewn along the edges and hem (typically 2.8 cm from the edge) for a clean, decorative finish.
Where it is used
Sewing Decorative Knit Stitch
p. 20- Sew a decorative knit stitch along the top edge of the back and armhole trim on the front. And also the ties. Note: The edges do not meet at the top corner of the panel.

Stitching Bottom Edge
p. 20- Stitch the bottom edge of the panel. Allowance: 3.0 cm.

Decorative Hem Stitching
p. 21- Stitch a decorative seam along the bottom of the ruffle, keeping a distance of 2.8 cm from the pressed edge. If needed, baste the allowance beforehand and mark the seam line.

Decorative Topstitching
p. 9- Sew a decorative topstitch along the armhole at 0.7 cm, securing the pressed edge of the binding.

Decorative Stitching
p. 10- Stitch the decorative seam along the edges of the front and bottom panels, keeping a distance of 2.8 cm from the pressed edges. If necessary, mark the seam beforehand.

Stitching Back Hem
p. 21- Sew a decorative stitch along the bottom of the back, leaving a 2.8 cm gap from the pressed edge.
