Inseam sewing
The process of stitching the inner leg seams of the pants from the crotch down to the hem.
Where it is used
Sewing the Inseams
p. 2- Turn the shorts legs inside out. Match the inseam edges, right sides facing in. Serge along the seam, sewing from the back piece side. Press the seam, then press the allowances toward the front piece.

13. Stitch inseam edges
p. 12- Stitch and, at the same time, serge the inseam edges on a 4-thread overlock. Seam allowance: 0.7 cm.

Joining Trouser Inseams
p. 12- Place the front and back trouser pieces right sides together, aligning the inseam (crotch seam). Pin. Stitch on the machine with a 1 cm seam allowance, using backstitches (reinforcement).

Pants Assembly - Step 8
p. 6- Sew the inseam. Pin as before, aligning notches, top and bottom of the seam, and stitch on the overlock from the back side of the pants. Press the seam toward the front.

Sewing the Inseams
p. 2- Finish the inseam edges on both the front and back pieces. Place the matching front and back pieces right sides together. Sew the inseams, aligning the notches, and press the seam allowances open.
