Neckline facing
A pattern piece used to finish the raw edge of the neckline cleanly.
Where it is used

p. 4- Press the neckline facing in half lengthwise, with the wrong sides together.
Pressing Neckline
p. 16- Press the edges of the front and neckline of the front and back pieces, creating a 0.1 cm roll from the front, back, and ruffle details.
Preparing the Neckline Facing
p. 2- Fold the neckline facing piece in half lengthwise, wrong sides together. Use your iron to give the neckline a smooth, rounded shape. As you press, gently stretch the outer edge while easing in the fold.
